“Follow the white rabbit”

The phrase was first used in the Alice in Wonderland book. Alice's strange journey begins when she sees a white rabbit wearing a waistcoat and speaking English and decides to follow him down his rabbit hole. The phrase "Follow the white rabbit" means to follow an idea or a concept which may lead to a strange place. The phrase has been widely used in movies (The Matrix) and songs (Jefferson Aerplane).
