Seth Ciferri is the founder of Lombard Street tattoo and has been tattooing since 1993. He is a famed machine builder and has been working to create innovations in the tattoo industry through his work with Black Claw by creating a line of compostable barrier protection products: an industry first. He has traveled the world tattooing in shops and conventions, but has been living happily here in Portland for the last 3 years.
